It was born while I was planning my own 17th wedding anniversary with my wife, Hellen.

Like many busy husbands, I wanted to create something unforgettable. Not just another weekend away, but an experience that would remind her how much she means to me.

What I didn’t expect was how difficult it would be.

I found myself hiding my phone, closing browser tabs whenever she walked into the room, taking calls in my home office behind closed doors and constantly checking that booking confirmations and emails stayed out of sight.

It was exciting…but it was also stressful. That’s when I realised something.
